*Estrella Tacos y Mas makes our homemade flour tortillas in-house daily. Our guests should assume that all of our products have come into contact with wheat. As some allergies can be very severe, we suggest guests with allergy or intolerance concerns consult with a health care professional before dining with us. We are happy to modify much of our menu to meet the guidelines of our guests who are seeking a gluten friendly meal and we will always do our best to accomodate for all allergies.
